Lesson Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling Notice: We understand that life can be unpredictable. You can change your lesson schedule without any charge, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Less than 24 Hours' Notice: If you need to reschedule your lesson with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee may apply. This fee will be outlined in your contract.​

  • Cancellation of Lessons: If we need to cancel a lesson, you will be notified in advance and offered a reschedule or a credit toward your account.

General Terms

  • Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted to our administration team.

  • All refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

  • We reserve the right to amend this policy as necessary and will notify you of any significant changes.
